As an organization awarding grants to art professionals, NCAF is responsible for providing artists with information and promoting their works. The work of the Resource Development Department includes public relations activities and managing online media, as well as hosting the National Award for Arts awards ceremony, integrating arts and business resources, maintaining the Friends of NCAF, and developing the NCAF international exchange platform ARTWAVES.
